Sex and the Christian Life, intro
This Lent I will be blogging a series entitled “Sex and the Christian Life.” My interest in blogging on this topic is not sensational, or with an intention to cause controversy (though I’m sure there will be that!), but to explore this topic from the perspective of Christian truth as found in Holy Scripture and Holy Tradition. Disciples of Jesus allow their faith to influence and saturate every aspect of their lives, including their sexuality.

This definitely is a topic that needs to be addressed. We are seeing the impact of second and third generation children raised in homes without parents in a committed relationship.
ReplyDeleteWe are also seeing the disintegration of loving, committed marriages.
Respect, love, committment and marriage vows somehow have to be reconnected with healthy sexual relationships. This will require divine intervention.
